Out first born son is 8 years old! We can't believe how fast the years have flown. He's half way to driving-yikes! These are some recent pictures of him. The pictures in the next post are from a few months ago that never got a chance to post. I can't believe how much older he looks in just a few months time. He is still the same sweet Cody everyone loves and adores. He has recently taken to reading lots of chapter books. I never thought I have to tell him to quit reading to come eat dinner since he has not cared about reading up to this point. For him, it seems to be more the challenge of how fast he can read a book. He loves to tell me, "I've read 14 chapters out of 19" and then a little later "I only have 2 more to go!"etc. He really loves the Boxcar Children Mystery books and audio tapes right now and of course is still in to building with Lego's.
